Due to condensation, air conditioners sometimes have to leak outside. If it's dropping water on the side walk or annoying your neighbor downstairs, then you should have a solution for this. We build customized drain pans or funnels (your choice) and attach hoses underneath the air conditioner to re-route the water. This is a very effective solution to this problem.
